New Starts and some endings.

This blog entry is a recapitulation of sorts about the things going on in my life and the things I think about. It will be brief, it will be general, and it will be a recap.

I am in twitter and it has become an online diary of sorts. What I wanted this blog to become, but it didn’t happen. Also, who writes blog at these times? Or even who starts blogs at these days? Me. So twitter it is.

I have been reading all sorts of romance books, with a non-fiction book in between. This month I read almost seven books. It is all because of the app Storygraph, where I am noting down the number of books that I am reading or I read. I understand the activity of listing the books that I read. It helps me in knowing which books I have read and how many books I completed reading.

Growing up, I used to read coming-of-age stories which were set during summer break. So, bringing along that line, this summer break was not story-worth telling, but there are stories to tell. There haven’t been any important turning points for me, but I learnt new life lessons in summer break. Even the incidents that happened during summer break give me new life lessons.

I was nervous before the new semester which started and I was correct in being nervous. The new semester started just this week, and I am still in a little holiday mood. But the new struggles and new challenges of the new semester had already made me come out of the holiday-zone. But I still am on the escape route.

While becoming an adult, realised that have to start reading on investments and have to start thinking about future, whether you like it or not. And obviously, we have to start thinking of future not only in terms of the futures aspects of jobs, but also how to survive in the future, without our parents.

My friends getting into relationships and I am thinking about the relationships that need work.

I good-bye my innocence little by little. I good-bye my protection little by little. Now I welcome my responsibilities, the jobs, the opportunities and everything new that comes with being being an adult.
